when you say " hydrate immediately" , you are saying as soon as they get to court, they will ask for the hydration to begin, even before the hearing is done?? Oh how I wish I had obeyed my daddy and went on to higher education. I would have been a lawyer.......sigh sigh!!!

No, they actually have to rule on the injunction first and if the injunction is approved, the hydration will begin immediately.

I'm sitting here trying to remember how it went the night congress signed the bill....my old brain is working overtime....I do know that the law was supposed to cause her tube to be replaced immediately and a new review of the case done. So.....it seems if the 11th is going to hear an appeal, and they agree Whittmore erred, they'll send it back and he has to order the tube replaced. How long will this take????
