Yep. Usurpation of power.

I learned in school the basics about judges.

THEY ARE NOT GIVEN, UNDER THE CONSTITUTION, ANY POWER TO ENFORCE THEIR OPINION. That is BEYOND their constitutional powers.

You must have gone to school in the dark ages, Nic!!< sarcasm >.......Our children now are learning that the JUDGES are KINGS.THEY RULE the LAND.

Yes, I had excellent schooling...and that was on the left coast, Southern California.

We HAD to take American Government in high school and must have had a very good teacher, because I remember a lot from the class.

I also remember having to memorize the Gettysburg Address while in elementary school.

And yes, that was probably during the dinosaur days..... : )
