It's ok..you are right, he is a specialist in probate...but he has all the power of a state judge...so when he injuncts, it's bigger than at the county level.

For some of us, the implication was that he was more limited in authority by that title than the State of Florida actually limits him.
Being a circuit judge at the state level is a fairly powerful position in state law courts, even if what he does isn't judge criminal cases, but probate cases.
The man does not have the jurisdiction to tie the hands of the Governor, or the DFS!
And he most certainly has over stepped his authority in saying from the bench that Terri must die!
