What good is legislation if activist liberal judges ignore it? Sort of like spooning water out of a sinking boat before plugging the hole. There appears to be a GOP split now and now the GOP leadership says it does not have the votes for the "nuclear option".

Tomorrow start calling members of the House and Senate. Let them feel the heat so to speak. The more calls the better. Nothing like votes and power to get them interested in protecting their cushy jobs.
