The Schindlers attorney said that Mrs. Schiavo is declining rapidly and a morphine drip has been administered by medical staff at her hospice to help her ease her pain. If she has pain, she has awareness of sensations. Is she has awareness of sensations, then she is being executed in a cruel and unusual way.
