Im out of the US of A at the moment and not following this closely ..what would the "Bushes Blew It " crowd have them do.? Should they have gone in with nukes or what?

I don't feel the Bush's blew it per se, but would like someone to OPEN A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION AGAINST M SCHIAVO. Feed Terri in the interim & sort out the facts in a trial.
Find out if they had a fight over an $80 hairstyle. After he returned home, possibly drunk, from closing the restaurant/bar on a Saturday night: February 25th, 1990, did they have a fight which resulted in her injury. Not saying that it happened, I'm really not, but there has NEVER been an investigation.
Wish someone could start an investigation and protect a possible witness.
