how can we complain when some other leader of ours decides to do the same thing for what we view as the wrong reasons?

Like in 2000, Clinton could have said to the Supremes "this time you don't have final authority". I'm not great on constitutional knowledge. But I just can't think of a way to run a country when we discard judicial rulings whenever we think it is important enough.
