Measures taken outside of the law by a government official can be just as tyrannical as a judge changing law instead of interpreting the laws that are existing.
We need to change the law not break it.
Sadly enough for Terri, there is no time for such a revelation in her case, however for a Governor with a respect for life and a respect for the law cannot and should not defy the oath he/she has taken when entering such a position of power.
Don't take my pragmatic conveyances wrong, I would love to see action taken to change this misdirected carriage of justice with Terri, but heaven help all of us if the breaking of law and changing of the 200 years of "free government" be taken further away from it's roots of freedom and government by the people.
