Yesterday if you had listened to Felo's news conference, he stated that Jeb Bush could not do anything and if he did at that point Jeb would become a private citizen, be held in contempt and arrested. Sounds to me the judges are in control of Florida and interpret the laws which ever way they want.

I don't think Felos can cite any legal authority for a court to arrest the chief executvie for disobeying an unenforceable court order.

The governor does not become a private citizen because a judge says he is. The governor can only be removed from office by impeachment, trial and conviction in the legislature.

Felos and Greer are on a power trip.

Unfortunately, Gov. Bush let them get away with it.

Become a private citizen? I wasn't aware Judge Greer had impeachment power as well. And therefore arrested by whom?
