Certainly he has thought about this very deeply not to mention weighing his own political career. For now on I will pay more attention to the judicial election over the executive election. Yes...I believe the judges sneak through in elections because the voters are dazzled by the Executive.
Though I don't believe the Executive is a figurehead (for example Bush has been an extremely powerful Commander in Chief), the voters need to pay more attention to the judicial system and not just leave it in the hands of their leaders to clean up. Voting right is a powerful step. Have a great day.
