Your post says all one need say about you. The parents mistreated poor mikey over his money and he got a judge to murder their dauther to get even. And you think the hayseed hick Christians are radical.

There is something completely wrong with Florida State Law amd the flipping judges if it recognizes a husband who possibly (the evidence I heard leans this way):

1. Tried to kill her and was responsible for the state she is in (the evidence that points to this is creepy).
2. They were very close to a divorce at the time.
3. Consistanly refused basic medical care for her throughout and threaten to fire anyone who dared tried to treat her.
4. Spent 400,000 of her settlement money on schooling to be a nurse to care for her (contridicts his claim that she wanted to die).
5. Blown 600,000 of her therapy money on living large.
6. Has a common law wife and two childern.
7. Is her husband for the sole purpose of killing her.
8. Everytime she was sick he called the hosipital hoping that she was going to die and enjoyed any discomfort she was in.
9. When the lawyer for Terri goes to a hearing, he stands alone. In the effort to kill her, the other side brings in 20 or 30 high power lawyers. Who are all the interests financing the the crowd that wants to kill her? Curious...
10. Judge Greer accepted campaign contributions from the lawyer(s) trying to kill her and never once visited her in person. He did not have the balls to face the person he is sentencing to death. Almost, every other judge would have would have visited.


Hell, before the incident they were not a happy couple and were close to seperation and divorce. They were constantly fighting and had a major blowout the day of the incident.

Nothing personal, but when I look at the pictures of him at the time, he kind of looks creepy (I am not the only who feels this way), cold-blooded and pathological.

The statement that "once" she said that she didn't want to live by artificial means, doesn't in my book give the State of Florida the right to kill her over her parents wishes. The husband should not be recognized as her husband, becuase he isn't!

Did she confront Michael with divorce when she happened to have an accident?

Why did she have several bruises prior to her accident?

Well, let's see... Let me summarize what I've seen or heard in the past week on television or radio.

Although I have no way to verify its accuracy, I sat here last night and listened to that playback of the girl who claims to be MS's prior girlfriend (the 1st one he had after Terri's accident), and this girl was saying how MS had control issues and stalked her for a year after she stopped dating him. She also gave examples of emotional abuse, like telling her he would rather be laying down next to Terri than her, stuff like that. (Ouch!) (Does anyone know who this person is? There was another lady in it who sounded like she was a radio DJ & they were on-air.)

Then I've sat and watch at least 4 nurses and nurse-aides describe his abusive behavior toward Terri throughout the time they cared for Terri.

I watched with facination as a nurse (RN) told everyone in the world who was watching Fox News that she found an insulin bottle in Terri's garbage can and needle marks under Terri's breast after MS had been alone in the room with Terri behind a closed door. I was at first skeptical of this one -- insulin syringes don't leave needle marks. But regular needles can, and a person could easily draw up and give insulin in any size needle. The nurse said she reported it to her boss and was fired the next day. She also said she gave this information in a sworn affidavit somewhere, maybe to Judge Greer.

I watched with great interest as a nurse (Trudy Capone?) said she became friends with Michael during the early years of Terri's incapacitation. Trudy explained a scenario where MS was asking her what to do. "I don't know what to do, Trudy. What should I do?! We never sat down and talked about this stuff!"

I sat and watched a girl say she was with Terri the night before the accident and they were talking about getting an apartment together because Terri wanted to divorce her husband.

I'm sitting here right now reading the bone scan, reading about the "history of trauma" and the "extensive number of focal abnormal areas" (both knees, both ankles, the L1 vertebral body, both sacroiliac joints, and the right femur).

Hmmm.... I wonder if I should be suspicious of all these events? I wonder if I be suspicious of this man who now wants to cremate this woman's body?

Actually I read a doctors report on broken bones in the neck but some documents have been taken off the 'net. There wasn't a reason given but it was in the last 2 wks so the court cases and appeals may have been the cause.
