Michael Schiavo Plans to Cremate Terri
Michael Schiavo has taken steps that will prevent investigators from examining Terri Schiavo's body for evidence of abuse after she dies a suspicion her family has repeatedly raised as her death grows more imminent.
Schiavo's attorney George Felos told the Washington Post on Friday that Terri will be cremated and buried in a plot owned by Michael's family in Pennsylvania.
Terri's parents had filed a request with the court to block the cremation plans, saying it would violate the religious beliefs of their daughter, who was a practicing a Catholic.
But as with every other motion filed in the case on behalf of Bob and Mary Schindler, the Florida courts have rejected the request.
A 1991 bone scan performed on Terri Schiavo showed unexplained injuries to her vertebrae and legs.
Terri's brother, Bobby Schindler, told Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes" on Thursday that a doctor has testified that she might have been strangled before she was found unconscious in her home in February 1990.
You do what you want. The Mother-in-law in question thinks violating Canon Law is a hoot and apparently so does he. Two more examples of poor catechization.
"Unlike the many DU like responses from some here that don't get facts first."
Like yours?
After she dies?
I can't say that'd bother me too much at this point in the game. In some ways, he's even creepier.
I would condone my spouse finding another mate, provided that my spouse first relinquished all authority over me.
If I purchase something on an installment plan, and my situation changes so that it is exceptionally difficult for me to afford the payments, is it kosher for me to:
Is that your final answer?
"Alright.
Prove that the person you were calling a DU'er is in fact a DU'er."
Not syaing they ARe a DU'er. just acting like one. To some here, everything in this case is a conspiracy, just like the DU'ers with their electin conspiracy theories, when the FACTS don't suit their cause.
It matters NOT what the law says !!!
IMMEDIATELY after her death Terri's body will be rushed to
the prior prepared and anxiously waiting crematorium !!!
Don't forget... Judge George Greer RULES, and he has prior
issued an order for Terri's cremation !!!
Meanwhile... the Executive branch plays with itself, hoping
this will all be soon forgotten !!!
He who shed a man's blood must likewise pay the price.
You're starting to sound downright creepy.
MUCH creeper. Both he and Greer. Michael's just a two-bit murdering thug. Felos, however, is a serial killer and in all likelihood so is Greer.
He was still young and I am not selfish. I would be happy knowing he had a life, even if I couldn't.
Michael has never left Terri, he has always looked after her and made sure she's been getting excellent care.
Just one question: Before or after 'that b!tch' dies?
They are hardly victims. They are the ones who have dragged their daughter out in the public. They are po'd because he did not give them a cut of the settlement. This is the underlying cause of this mess. They admitted in court that they knew that her condition was irreversable. It is only that day in her room when the argument insued over the money is when the trouble began. All parties agree that MS is a consistant visitor to Terri. Once they were not going to get their way, is when they started this PR campaign.
Seems to be their only answer when they have no retort available.

So don't take it personally.

I wonder why he bothered to become a nurse . .. did he think that he might get access to more and better drugs to finish her off and collect on his life insurance? It seems very sinister, doesn't it?
Oh?
Perhaps you should cease saying it then.
As you're whining about facts, and in saying "Spoken like a DU'er" you yourself are sounding like what you are whining about.
"Euthanasia IS a crime, this IS euthanasia.
Oh, I get it, it isn't euthanasia when the person being killed doesn't fit YOUR parameters of who deserves to live.
That was done 60 years ago you know.'
NOT EUTHANASIA... carrying out someones wishes.
