a felon called into a radio talk show recently and said that jailed men are run around the administrative areas with no clothes, doesn't matter if female cops are watching.

Males inmates in a California prison sued because female guards were supervising them while they took showers. They lost the lawsuit. The judge basically told them that this did not violate their right to privacy because it was part of the duties of correctional officers.
Nonetheless, Shakita was not in jail on a prison sentence and I suspect that while she will be awarded some money, it won't be anywhere near 10 million.

That's what I was thinking and I think that's wrong. There is no reason men should have to be subjected to that in the name of "equality" for the female guards.
