what I'm trying to say is that the money is being charged by the lawyer's only to funnel into a poll that other guardians have pooled. The money is invested bringing great profits, which are kept by lawyers, some judges, and the guardians. It's a way family members to hide large sums of money from the Gov. ie have Medicare Medicaid to foot the bill so the guardian can keep it when so called incompetent person dies.
