Note that "Insurance" is misspelled, possibly purposefully to avoid detection as an insurance company until having cashed in on a fraudulent policy. He may have taken out a large policy on his wife. The owner of the property is Jodi Centonze.

The county of Pinellas has been investigated for guardians, attorney's and judges pooling money in to accounts of unaware patients hiding it from the Gov. and other family members, puting them on medicade and then pulling it out after patient dies.
