Since no one seems to be answering your original question: I am married to an RC (I am Orthodox). The Catholic Church limits the Sacraments to theit own members and the Orthodox and certain other Eastern Christians. The Orthodox should generally not receive those Sacraments. I understand that
in extremis an Orthodox bishop may give an economia (Kind of a bending of the ideal) for this.
