If they file a wrongful death suit immediately, then the body has to be held for evidence as long as the suit and its appeals are active. But since it's a civil suit, MS would still have the body. And he can cremate it anyway, certain that the punishment for destroying evidence will be something he can deal with.

It would require criminal charges for the state medical examiner to take possession of the body.

What punishment? He will simply be following a court order to burn the body. We've already seen that not even the Governor or President can violate a court order.

You have to have someone to bring forth the allegations and get it INTO THE COURT system.

Lots of luck.

Medical folks, courts, cops, politicians all want this girl dead and gone.

There is not a chance anyone will step for to help the family on the side of the..what did Gov. Bush call it.."Legal" side.
