Jeb could find some threadbare excuse; he could cliam that there are rumors of abuse at the hospice, patients being mistreated--it would be a lie, perhaps, but it would be a foot in the door that would allow a massive police action on the part of Florida law enforcement and/or the Fl National guard. All Jeb needs is a pretext, however transparent. Judge Greer will scream bloody murder, but so what. A judge, like the pope, has no divisions. When it comes to saving a life, might DOES make right.
If he could do anything legally, he would be doing it.
Don't forget that the Supreme Court, including Justices Thomas and Scalia, refused to intervene here too.
