I agree with you that all tests should have been ordered but anyone losing a case thinks the judge is an idiot...that's what the losing side always thinks.....if he had ruled to reinstate the tubes, he would be hailed a hero without consideration of any of his other rulings.....that is hypocritical in my book
I wouldn't have hailed him as a hero. I think very reasonable people, from both sides of the political aisle, have questioned both his objective decisions (in not ordering tests) and subjective judgments regarding her wishes.
