In his latest ruling on Saturday, Greer said the Schindlers could have presented Weller's affidavit at an emergency hearing three days ago, but did not, and therefore "waived their right to raise Terri Schiavo's alleged verbalization."

Oh my God, if this is true, this guy is more sinister than I thought that he was? The Schindlers waived their right to raise Terri Schiavo's verbalization because they were three days late?????? Do you think judge that they might have had a few other things on their minds? You dare to equate a lapse of time for action by the parents while you send Terri to death for an eternity? I don't really want to call you a heathen bastard but I am beginning to think that's a really good label for you.....
