the definition of murder does not have legal standing in this matter except for as a "moral judgment"
That is correct, but the legal definition of "criminal neglect of a disabled adult" in the Florida Statutes does! Failure to feed a disabled adult is criminal neglect. Court order enjoined anyone from attempting "Natural Feeding" on Terri.
The PVS statute allows removal of a feeding tube - it DOES NOT remove the other statutory protections given any disabled adult.
Death resulting from criminal neglect of a disabled adult is felony manslaughter 1.
Therefore, the court order prohibiting natural feeding of Terri is an order by the court to commit a crime and cannot be valid. Jeb needs to send in the National Guard.

very good.....you seem to know more about this than the Pres, the Gov, and all the butt kissing attorneys.....how come they are not as smart or heroic as you??????.......or for that matter many here on FR who think they know the law and any legal precedence better than those involved?
