In his latest ruling on Saturday, Greer said the Schindlers could have presented Weller's affidavit at an emergency hearing three days ago, but did not, and therefore "waived their right to raise Terri Schiavo's alleged verbalization."
Looks like at this point, even if she got up and tried to walk out of the hospice under her own power Greer would still have her put to death. This is truly disgraceful. Utterly abhorrent.

So the right to life now requires a top-notch lawyer? If Judge Greer says so, then so it is; he rules by fear.

I didn't realize the wishes of a dying woman had a statute of limitations........just like Terri's life.

"Maybe your daughter is mentally aware, and wants to live, but sorry, she should have told me that three days ago. It's too late now."

So, in other words, Judge Greer is saying, "I don't care if she talked, you didn't tell me soon enough, so she dies".
What a cold, heartless murderous SOB.

He doesn't care if she is conscious.

Send this to your Senators and Representatives. Judge Greer should be indicted and prosecuted for first degree murder.

You're right:

In his latest ruling on Saturday, Greer said the Schindlers could have presented Weller's affidavit at an emergency hearing three days ago, but did not, and therefore "waived their right to raise Terri Schiavo's alleged verbalization." I've been saying that Terri's life is being gamed by the courts to put this on legal malpractice. Whittemore has done it as well, and the courts of appeal as well, but the latter is most subtle.
I'm not saying that there's been malpractice -- I'm saying that the courts are blaming the Schindlers lawyers for Terri's impending death. That's passing the buck and history will record it as such.
Despicable behavior by Judge Greer. Courts exist to administer justice, not to pass the buck.
