Jeb could call on Dubya to send in some pretty hairy real military forces... I don't think the Greer Posse would do a thing if they saw a tank or two in Clearwater.

or... would that violate the Posse Comitatus act? (can't use military as police inside the USA)

Here’s a plan:

If volunteers (from special forces [Delta for example]) were to take Terri away – easily done any law enforcement officer would either be a stooge of Greer or be torn between law or duty, either way with a Delta forces gun to his head he would gladly acquiesce, so then what where do you take her?

How about Guantanamo Bay? After all she would probably get better treatment there. Nobody would know where she had gone. So the politicians could say this is disgraceful a travesty of justice etc.. Greer would remain in office knowing that he walks on quicksand although no one would admit it, the right wing Christians could claim the Lord took her, the left would say it all Bush’s fault, the Bush brothers would deny any involvement and stress they did all the was legally possible.

Freepers’ would not be split and another Republican president would be in office in 2009.

Then if Terri dies she would die of natural causes – if she got better and was hooked up to a machine like professor Hawking she may implement her ‘husband’ in wrong doing, and if the left ever give out about Guantanamo Bay and it ever got out in the open then the right could point out that Terri got better treatment there than in a Florida medical facility.

Job done everybody happy!
