Pat Caddell was just on FOX and he related the questions CBS and ABC were using and he chastised them for misleading the public as to the real situation and thereby forming the question - TO GET THE DESIRED ANSWER.

And

Also Pat pointed out that only 16% of those polled were even following the case. So their 85% which believe Congress overreached - it based on faulty data in order to arrive at the answer they wanted.

Which means the MSM may have just screwed the Dems in the long run if the Dems are operating on faulty date. Did Pat have anything else of interest to say about this?

IMO, I do think this society has an inclination to support Death over Life. Whereas once we instinctively supported Life over Death. I do think were the Truth known rather than the junk the news services have been dishing out the numbers wouldn't be quite the same.

However, ONE YEAR LATER - the very same 75% had changed their minds and now believed HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM OFFICE.

Word to the Dems. Guess what we are going to spend the next years doing? After this subsides from your MSM coverage? Promoting a culture of Life and telling the American people the facts without your Lies clouding the issue. This isn't over, Terri's memory will live.

"Which means the MSM may have just screwed the Dems in the long run if the Dems are operating on faulty date."

You're correct - and I'm counting on it. They will make the same mistake they did with Bubba. The dems were the only ones who didn't know the American people gave Bubba a personal rating of 25% - when he left office.

As for Pat saying anything else that was good - he was mainly focusing on these polls and how far from reality they were. And .. he was quite upset with their deception.

But my focus has been on this new talking point of "over-reaching". The dems are trying to paint the repubs as abusing their power. So .. I have been hammering FOX with the Article III question - why don't our elected senators and representatives KNOW THEY HAVE AUTHORITY OVER THE COURTS. I mean .. if you're going to run for a public office - maybe you better find out what your authority is ..?? Geeeeee what a concept.

I also told FOX to have at least one of their employees read "Men in Black" so they could ask more intelligent questions regarding the Congressional authority over the courts.
