It's time to start making some arguments based on "ineffective assistance of counsel".
That thought has been in my mind all week. And Greer nailed them on it today, when he asked why they had not brought the alleged fact that Terri responded when asked if she wanted to live, as they were beginning the starvation process
The response I heard was, "We were busy."
Just incredible.
That in no way excuses Greer - tardiness in presenting evidence is bad - but new evidence needs to be examined.
