There was a lawyer on the radio who said in these kinds of cases you better have all the evidence you need or can get when you go in on your first try because they will not accept any new evidence from that point on.
I'm not a lawyer so I don't know but others on here said he was right. And Greer wouldn't let any of the new stuff in over the years.

yep, that is really the secret of courts and judges. Their thought is,"where will this end if after the fact I keep opening up the case to new evidence".
So better to have everything together and fire the big shot all at once and not keep discovering things over years.
Even if what is discovered is the truth it is most likely going to be DENIED by the judge and the appellate courts.
