No reason? What about the claim from the family's atty that TS has blood in her eyes?

This kind of stuff was happening in this country - last actual cases I know about were in 1983... Euthanasia occurs everywhere, not just back in Nazi Germany.

They weren't the first, or the last, to do it. They just did it in ungodly numbers.

Shut up. The courts have ruled.

Jeb has done everything he can aside from risking a bloodbath between cops to save her.

Terri is near-death, and has already starved at least once before this time. It is more humane to realize there is no hope in the courts and anything Jeb does would be a temporary victory.

The courts are determined to murder this woman, and there is nothing we can do.

It is time to let her go.

I think it's important to correct the misguided notion that it was all CLinton-appointed judges who condemned Terri to death.

Some Clinton-appointed judges were against condemning her, and some Republican appointed judges were FOR not putting the tube back in.

If you can't see how important that is, well, not my problem snarkytart :)

What really p*sses me off (Well, aside from the "little murder thing" this "husband" is performing!) is the fact that that pig gets to run her parents out of her room whenever the pig wants to.

Telling others to ignore my comments is censorship. You may want to drink the Republican kool-aid but I am not.

Wow. Impressive.

Two meaningless cliches in one post. You're more than worthy of being ignored.

(btw........look up the meaning of 'censor'........you're not even close on that one).

There's the Catholic family priest saying some sort of appeal is now back on.

Not really, ESPECIALLY when it's done on other threads - which occurs alot... Not only does it violate FR policy, but it's cowardly, too.

I'm sorry, sir, but I wasn't the one making the claim that the dissenter was a Clinton-appointee. I asked for proof to back up your claim and now you ask ME to do YOUR homework for you?

To your credit, you are correct:

PRESIDENT CLINTON NOMINATES CHARLES R. WILSON, WILLIAM JOSEPH HAYNES, JR., PATRICIA A. COAN, FREDRIC D. WOOCHER, DOLLY M. GEE, AND VICTOR MARRERO TO THE FEDERAL BENCH

howlin, I believe it is time for Terri to go home to the Lord now.

I am so sad to say this, but I cna't bear for Terri to go through even more cycles of life and then having her plug pulled.

Her poor parents. I can't imagine what they are going through. Man. I only wish I had arms long enough to reach through the internet to their home to hug them.

Roy

I don't understand what you mean---

are you being sarcastic?

I was saying there is NO REASON for Felos to go before the press--not the Schindlers!

The judge who ruled for her on the 11th Circuit was Clinton-appointed.

I hope we do work the system to get these SOB's impeached/arrested etc. whatever we can after Terri's death, but the time for appeals for Terri seems to be at an end....there is just no hope left.

Bob and Mary, I weep for you today.

Know that your daughter will be in glory soon.

I wasn't asking you to do my homework. :) I did send you teh link to the opinion published by the court, and did mention who was the appointee, and I figured if you didn't believe me you'd check - I normally check on what others post if I don't believe it, so :)

I think what it really amounts to is we need to make sure we have GOOD judges on the bench, regardless of who appoints them.

Exactly. A few more good judges and this would have ended up another way. Just one more good judge on the three-judge panel with teh 11th circuit and it would have ended up in Terri's favor.

And the SCOTUS would have declined the case, so the 11th circuit would have carried the day.

I posted a reply to you on another thread---please check it out, OK?

I just saw Bobby Schindler on Fox News---he said that what that fiend Felos said about Terri---that she is "beautiful" and "peaceful" and "in no pain", is totally wrong,---

in fact, he said that he dares Felos to bring in a camera to "show" how beautiful Terri is---that Bobby wants the world to see what Terri looks like now, and what she is going through--

It must be bad though, because he also said that he is going to ask he parents NOT to go see her anymore because it is too painful---

My chest aches and my heart is breaking for all of these poor people...
