So far as I know, it is the uniform view of pious Orthodox Christians that Soros, while not The Antichrist, is most assuredly a part of the forces preparing the way for The Antichrist.
His anti-Christianity is most virulently directed toward Holy Orthodoxy, and all of his 'pro-democracy' agitation in Eastern Europe needs to be seen from that perspective--it is all poisoned by the kind of pro-death, secularist attitude his comments above evinces, and directed at 'freeing' Eastern Europe not from the vestiges of Communism, but from Christianity.
I always call Soros the forerunner for the antichrist.
