"It's not about kickbacks to the Judge, it's about Judicial murder and systematic torture of the conscious handicapped."
Well, of course. That's the main issue, and more important at the moment than anything else. But this whole thread seems to be about whether the judge should have recused himself for being indebted to Michael Schiavo's lawyers. I'm just wondering (a) what the logical consequences would be if we decided public officials should remove themselves from decisions involving donors, (b) whether judges are a special case, and if so, what we can do about it, and (c) as a side note, whether Terri's parents' lawyers have also made contributions.
BTTT
Terri is bleeding through her eyes. What else will it take for Governor Jeb Bush to rescue her. She pleads with him through her own bloody tears. Help me! Save me!

Money aside, the networking of the entities supposed to prevent this affair in the first place should have tipped people off sooner than it did (I know I was slow on the uptake). George "The Starving Judge" Greer, George "The Phallus" Felos, the former sheriff, the hospice (and board), local law firms, etc... it is local level legal and political incest at its finest.
Small world. Suppose Jim and George passed around the chronic and talked about Artaud, existentialism and the occult?
He sold himself cheap. I wonder how much the devil paid him?
Let me just say that I was slow to see why certain people were bafflingly adamant that Terri Schiavo had to die (and apparently die on some sort of schedule).
Conflict of interest is the minimum in this....
Ho-hum. It's a lawyer and a judge. They don't have to have ethics. They're above the law.
Which is exactly what Michael wants.
