Very nice that we have such atrophy of the coequality! If Jeb defies the court, they cannot enforce any sanction upon him. He is answerable to the legislature only. It would be so refreshing to see Jeb go that route. Maybe the rebellion against the judgeocracy would spread over the entire land!

Jeb answers to more than just the legislature. As the monk said a while ago on FOX, Jeb will be answering to another Judge someday......

I mean on the earth. Remember when Andrew Jackson defied the Supreme Court? He could have been impeached but Congress declined.

Such defiance is not lawless, it is only "courtless."
