No, it's not a barf alert. The poor woman doesn't need to be put through this to see her terminally ill grandfather.
But this is not the fault of the protesters.
It is the fault of those who chose to put someone who is being starved to death [and high-profile] amongst the others who are diagnosed as having 6 months or less to live -- and as such should expect their privacy/dignity.
Knowing that, it is the fault of the Hospice to accept someone like Terri as a patient in the first place.
The barf alert is for the writer of this article who wants us to feel guilty because other people might be INCONVENIENCED by Terri's slow, cruel murder. That's worth a couple of barfs.
Agreed 100%. What the heck did the hospice THINK was going to happen when this all came down? While I truly feel for the other patients/families in the hospice, it is the hospice's own dam fault for accepting Terri ('cause, like, SHE WASN'T DYING) and also for being so stupid as to think there wouldn't be this kind of huge protesting going on out front. They got a taste the last time - they knew what was coming down. And for that reason, I hope other patients' families sue the hell out of the hospice for "aggravated death" because of their failure to secure a quiet and peaceful dying place for their loved ones. That's what they are paying for, right?
This so-called "Hospice" facility in no way resembles the hospice most of us know. They are most definitly at fault for accepting a patient with no terminal illness. They are also to blame for sullying the once good name of hospice by partnering up and participating in the entire sad torture.

Right On!
