As repugnant as this may sound, those who lambaste the judges need to remember that if we go against them and actively seek to undermine their rulings, then we become lower then them and play right into the hands of the evil DemocRATic liberals from hell.

To usurp the rule of law is to undermine the very fabric of our nation that lives by the rule of law. If we think the law bites on an issue, we change the law. If the legislators refuse to change the law, we replace the legislators. That is what the GOP Revolution of 1994 was all about where there was a net gain of 12 Senate and 54 House Seats for the GOP.

We need to stay focused on the rule of law, people. Otherwise, what gains we have made will be completely negated and we will have lost all the progress we have made, and possibly our majorities in the House and Senate.

There is no "rule of law" in euthanasia. The very idea of it is abhorrent to a free people. There is no "rule of law" in hearsay evidence either, which is the "rule" that the courts are using to put to death an innocent woman by starvation and dehydration.

So what do you propose to do when judges usurp the rule of law? In California THE PEOPLE ruled that marriage should be between a man and a woman...JUDGES declared it unconstitutional. The original Terri's law came about because there was an outcry from THE PEOPLE and the legislators responded. The JUDGES on the Florida Supreme Court declared it unconstitutional. Rights guaranteed under the equal protection clause, according to these JUDGES, were violated by their passage...ironic considering NO JUDGE seems willing to give Terri the same consideration. If judges continue to override the laws made by "we the people" and our ELECTED representatives, the balance in power will cease to exist and instead of a society governed by the rule of law, we will become a society governed by lawyers.

I might be wrong but I detect a glaring difference between the rule of law and the rule of judges. When judges are given their judicial power, it is within the scope of the law. They are not handed power to establish their fiefdom outside the rule of law nor are they granted carte blanche powers of life and death.

For a judge to act outside of law is tyranny and those who acquiesce are tyrannical accomplices.
