Jeb has got to be biting his nails at this point, as he knows that the public perception of him going forward will be one of staunch "weakness."

What now from Jeb?

Come on Jeb, call Dubya, call Mama, call whoever it takes; get your act together, and start taking names!!!

It seems like MS can do anything he wants too, Judge Greer will back him up.

It probably wouldn't be too much to beleive Felos could argue his way out of the list, given where we are today.

Anyway, as you point out item (c) seems obvious enough, but I'm sure they don't do autopsys on all of the people to be cremated--do they?

So the people of Florida and the United States are likely going to have to rely on the district chief medical examiner, as per his discretion, i.e.

Action ITEM: Contact the Panellas County ME
http://www.co.pinellas.fl.us/forensics/
Jon R. Thogmartin, M.D., District Chief Medical Examiner
10900 Ulmerton Rd., Largo FL 33778
Telephone #. (727) 582-6800
Fax # (727) 582-6820
Then again he may have to rely on the local law engaging him, and having a requirement to obtain "evidence necessary."

Also, I plead ignorance of the families wishes. What would they want?

Isn't there a law requiring an autopsy to be performed on people under a certain age?

I don't know that there is. Here is the cached page of the Florida statues concerning Medical Examiners and disposition of dead bodies. I am still not able to bring up the Florida Senate site.
