I know Jeb is trying to follow what is "legal" here, and I hesitate to call him a coward, but with the courts ignoring the law, it's time someone with guts came in and ignored the courts. This is already a constitutional crisis...might as well throw more fuel on the fire.

I guess I must be dense. If Jeb were to ignore the courts, go in with weaponry at the ready, demand custody of Terri.....then what? What would happen next,or a day later,or a week later?

Jeb has done a great deal already.He could have done nothing.Terri would have now been dead for years.

I find it suspicious that so many demand so much of a man who has given Terri a fighting chance she would not have had without him.

COURAGE is what is required. It's really a simple call. I don't know if he realizes this BUT his Presidential FUTURE hangs in the balance here.
NOTHING can happen to him. THE JUDGE HAS NO CLOTHES ON. Only a child can see through this clearly. All the legal sophistcates will give him BAD advise. If he's our man he will see this ,cut through th BS and do the right thing. That is to assert his power and take Terri into custody. There is no downside. Even if she dies, he will at least have put her among FRIENDS.
