So then, the mother remains friends with the pervert's brother, who is a convicted molester - and HE abducts and kills her. The mother claims she did not know he was on the registry.
The situation is disgusting. The little girl is in a special school for kids who are too behaviorally or emotionally disturbed to attend regular classrooms. Any bet this sexual abuse is an ongoing thing? You just have to wonder what all has been going on in this home.
You often don't know someone is a sex offender. But if you do? My position has always been that the parent who allowed the contact with the sex offender should be given the same sentence as the offender who committed the crime.
