All land use planning should be done by land owners, not socialist tyrants. Preserve it if you own it.

Or, I suppose, you believe if Clint has shoreline property, it would be ok for him to dump in the ocean as well.

Seems to me that John Steinbeck wrote some wonderful novels about Monterey - "Cannery Row" comes to mind...

What do you think Clint Eastwood's position is on this?
Would he object if an eccentric bought one of these lots and started raising pigs, chickens and goats?
Or perhaps he favors some kind of "unconstitutional interference" to prevent this kind of riffraff from moving into the neighborhood???
