Come on. That's not fair, and I expect you know it. The President cannot pardon Mrs. Schiavo because there isn't anything for which to pardon her. She's been convicted of no crime. I admit there is no small amount of irony in this, but the President's (or Governor's) authority to grant a pardon does not apply in this case.
