I hope this is true. It is an outrage beyond words that a disabled woman who never had a lawyer is condemned to a horrible death by a two-bit judge such as Greer. If Greer gets away it sets a dangerous example that judges can do anything.

That is my belief as well. But I believe in my heart that Jeb Bush is getting private political advice and soft whispers telling him to 'be cautious.' But the truth is that many conservative, church going Floridians are really torked off at Gov. Bush. Thousands of people who read FR must be having an impact. Thousands of voters may rebel in the next Presidential election, too. Religious feelings run deep in this nation. People are very angry all across the country. Some conservatives may just sit on the sidelines during the next Conressional Election.

Terri Schiavo was turned into a political football tossed around by both sides. And people are angry about that as well.

Why is everyone so amazed at Judge Greer's actions?

He is acting like every other Judge in the United States. He has done nothing different. He alone determines, within his court, what can and cannot be admitted into court.

We do not have to like his decisions, but they are his to make. Jeb Bush understand that because he is an intelligent man and a good leader.
