There is a money trail from the Hospice through this man to the Judge.

There has been systematic bad medicine to make money for the Judge
and this poor woman is being desiccated to destroy evidence.

HEALTHFUL DRINKS AND WARM MEALS SINCE THE ORDER-TO-MURDER-AN-INVALID BY JUDGE GREER
Murderer-At-Will Judge Greer 31
......................... Terri Shiavo 0
.......................... Lee Malvo 25
.......................... Scott Peterson 24

Judgenfuhrer Greer: "Given that I and my wife are members of the Board of Directors of the Hospice
and given that I am the new Governor of Florida --above the US Congress--
I suggest everyone just shut up and begin begging for your lives on your knees."

When you have a child and you have a second child, you don't love the second child any lelS. The fact that michael loves two women and he's been fortunate enough to find someone after terrI's cardiac arrest that he could share part of his life, i think is a good thing.

Well OK! Let's just legalize bigamy then! He makes it sound so simple. I bet women all over America will agree with his reasoning.

What a pig. And the Mr Roger's look isn't fooling anyone, by the way.

Terri may not be the first, but she is certainly the most prominent victim of what I am calling "Judicide" - death by judge (similar to Arkancide).

The judicial tyranny we are seeing today is widespread and can be associated now with two particular types of crimes - murder and property theft.

Want to get rid of someone who will be a financial burden to you and require lots of medical care and attention? Here's the solution: It's JUDICIDE!!!!! Yes and, if you covet your neighbor's property and want to make big bucks re-developing it and he won't sell, we have a solution: It's JUDITHEFT!!!! Yes, just petition your local court for a writ of eminent domain and start calling architects and contractors.

It's got to end starting now. And death merchants like Felos and Judiciders like Greer need to be put out of business and disbarred. The culture of death, theft and judicial tyranny must end.

"There has been systematic bad medicine to make money for the Judge"

This has come up several times but I haven't seen an explanation as to how?

Seems the longer they can keep her going the longeer they could collet? Keep it tied up in the courts and litigation and the lawyers collect. Keep her in the hospital and the medical people collet. Even if the families money runs out they would collect from the gov't.(Medicaid/care)

If she's gone, so too is the cash flow it would seem? IMHO

"loaded for an against Terri vote."

What would be a fairer wording?

The feeding tube was for the convenience of the Hospice staff.
The patient could eat at the time. FOR THE COVENIENCE OF THE STAFF.
Remember, that is a Hospice with a Board of Directors containing MS' lawyer, the Judge and the Judge's wife.

The guardian appointed who did an extensive investigation in 2003 said there is -- that those charges have no substance to them.

I have a little experience with court-appointed guardians/attorneys. In my experience, they're not worth the powder to blow them to hell.

My grandfather's court-appointed guardian/attorney decided that, instead of granting a conservatorship to me-- would rather grant to a suddenly-appearing "son". My cousin, who kidnapped him from his nursing home in the first place, had brought this "son" forward when it looked like she would lose the secret conservatorship she had managed to secure. The "son" later turned out not to be, by DNA testing.

The court-appointed attorney interviewed almost no family members, and did no fact-checking prior to making his decision. My grandfather was charged $6000 for his services, though.

I think he is going for that stammering, stuttering Lanny Davis look.

JUDICIDE

EXcellent.

Should be on signs at the hospice

I was up until 4 in the morning - because the judge in Tamps - Whittemore? - promised to hand down decision before he went to bed -

hasn't done it yet. I want to know if he went to sleep last night - is his word any good? - heel dragging again - which isn't a good sign,,,letting Terri's life slip past the point of no return, especially if they really did start in with morphine last night. In her condition, even a little could be fatal as it can accelerate dehydration.

Well, the judge just handed down Terri's final execution orders.

All these b*stards have their hands on that feeding tube. May God - please - give them all their 'just' rewards.

I guess the judge - a clintooon appointee - finally got thru to upper NY state for his orders

I don't want to turn on my TV to that in case the slime spills over and damages my new big screen.

Ironically, even Lanny Davis says the feeding tube should go back in.

Today of all days, it is just too sad to comprehend.
How can such evil prevail? Where is the moral conscience of these judges, the must obey a higher law first in order to do justice to the laws of the country...

I fear it is becoming too late for Terri, how much longer can she last?

"...Remember, that is a Hospice with a Board of Directors containing MS' lawyer, the Judge and the Judge's wife...."

I did not know this. I knew about the lawyer but not the judge and wife. How can this judge even be allowed to hear this case?? Why is this not being reported by every pro-Terri person who is interviewed? It certainly is a conflict of interest.
