Not true. The mother testified that
"... her daughter made comments during the television news reports of the father's attempts to have life support removed to the effect that they should leave her (Karen Ann Quinlan) alone. Mrs. Schindler first testified that those comments were made when Terri was between 17-20 years of age, but after being shown copies of newspaper accounts agreed that she was 11 perhaps 12 years of age at the time." (Memorandum of Decision at p. 5)
Continued slander of a good and fair judge only trying to do a very, very difficult job doesn't reflect well on FR or conservatism in general.
A GOOD AND FAIR JUDGE????????? What case are YOU discussing. Certainly not the case of Terri Schindler Schiavo
Even Greer now admitsthat he made a mistake on this
BECAUSE Karen Ann Quinlan survived from 1976 to 1985
(= Terri age 12 to 21) which HE DID NOT KNOW.
A 12 year old child's views are never legal proof of adults views.. Maybe early belief in Santa Claus can be used in court proceedings to influence judgements. I do believe the date DOES make a world of difference. That's why children don't vote in the USA til they are mature.
Greer Denies motion for relief based on his error (Guardianship case - March 8, 2005)
Good and fair judge???
BWAHAHAHAHA!!
Keep Michaeling and drinking the Kool-Aid
