Do you know what the status is on the appeal back to the 11th?
I never did find out what the final vote was when the full panel convened and denied.
When it was only the 3 judges, it was 2-1.
Can anyone help me with this?
The full 11th...we don't know. 2 of them published dissent to the majority, but no final breakdown was reported.
The new one? Nothing yet that I've heard.
