Gibbs needed to give Greer a chance to save face. Here's how he could have done it:
"Your honor, one of the difficulties in this case has been that, for various reasons, my client has been unable to discover evidence within the normal statutory timeframes for admitting it. Consequently, Greer has disallowed such evidence when making his decisions. Even though Greer was unable to consider such evidence, you would be under no such restriction and would found that it showed without a doubt that my client's posisition was correct."
It's just maddening.....why can't she live? There is new evidence. Greer isn't infallible. Yet, all of this hinges on decisions he made. Not taking into consideration that Michael has a conflict of interest.
