Interesting post. Evidently you think the killing of a helpless disabled woman by judicial fiat is better than a "political uproar," a "major political crisis," a "real mess," and "great turmoil." Any of which could have shaken out with some welcome remedies to a sick system.
I wonder (no I don't) where your thinking would have been in 1776 (anti-independence) or 1861 (pro-slavery).
