Nobody wants to go against Greer's court order. He's gone all the way up the earthly chain of command, with everyone bowing to his will. He can't trump God, but he's so full of himself he thinks he can. He thinks he has the power to condemn Terri to hell by denying her Holy Communion, and declaring that she's responsible for her own murder. Boy, is he gonna be surprised!
I think it's a riot if the story about his church kicking him out is true. Maybe he'd like to put some ice on it??
