could you imagine the uproar if the congress simply eliminated ALL DCA's and simply redid the courts from scratch? All those unemployed judges?

How about FEDERALIZING attorney licensing?

not ALL, just those where an activist judge (or judges) has decided to make his own law, like the 9th Circus. Shift all the cases to other courts. In a year or two, say, "Oooops!" and establish a new court, new number, new district. It would be a very clear message to activist judges.

and let the Dems fillibuster all they want.
