Yes, the judiciary is a sorry mess. But realize this: the reason the judiciary was able to get by with this can be laid directly at the feet of two men: the president and the governor. Read the first several paragraphs of this to see: http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=43472
As far as the Republican party being the only place to make a difference....it has been infiltrated with liberals just like the Democrat party has been. To be sure, there are some good representatives in the Republican party, but here's the keeper: Support THOSE men, NOT the Republican party in general!
When the Repubs call me for money, I tell them no thanks - that I give only to Republicans or whoever supports the unborn babies. That's it. It's really simple. You don't have to be part of a party to do what is right.
The Constitution party has a fantastic platform and they are worthy of support if you want to keep abreast of what's going on in the Bush administration. They do say a'plenty about that.
However, when push comes to shove you wield your greatest power as a citizen at the local level by supporting decent people for office and possibly getting involved yourself. At the next levels - DO NOT burn your money by giving to the Republican party in general. It's been infiltrated and your money may go to the wrong people. There will always be enough sheeple keeping both parties financially fed.
GIVE directly to the men who you KNOW follow constitutional principles and cherish life. Help them and you'll be active in doing what is right.
My mere opinions, but based upon some experience.
