She should have been factored out, but she wasn't. This diabolical plot has been in the making for a long time. I don't have the reference, but the attorney from hell shopped for just the right Judge before making his move. can a attorney ASK for a certain Judge??

Laws can vary from state to state, in California it is thus:
An attorney can refuse a judge the first time they are before him/her and they will be assigned a new one which they must accept.
But attorneys cannot ask for a specific judge.
