Amen, Truth ... These two men are charged with the protection of ALL citizens, with protecting the underlying integrity of the courts. How clearly we are seeing the need for Judges on every level who look to the Constitution for interpretation. Remember, the Clinton Administration spent much time and treasure in establishing their agenda throughout the country's court system, for times such as these, as it were.

I agree, Pegita. The problem here is not a result of the Bushes, but rather we are seeing the aftermath of the 8 years of Clinton in the WH. My hope is that this situation has truly opened the eyes of President Bush and Congress even further, and that it will give them the courage and determination they need to make sure that godly judges get appointed. I'm glad W still has 3+ more years in the WH.

I'm sure that President Bush isn't finished in acting on this. His action may not be able to save Terri, but I pray that it will save our nation from judicial tyranny and from many more Terri's suffering the same horrible injustice.

It's so important that we pray for him and our leaders, especially while we still have godly conservatives in the majority in the WH and in Congress.

dear, dear Pegita, you are one of our most treasured posters. I want to say up front the I love you DEARLY. I type this almost blinded with tears.

Does not the constitution of the United States give our president the authority to issue a executive order to save Terri? This is the question! President Bush and other Constitutionalists disagree on this point. I think this is where we are all dividing. Most of the Christian leaders, James Kennedy, Jim Dobson, Pat Robertson, Catholic Dioceses are saying YES, you do have the constitutional authority to do so. Time will tell who was right anyways.

regardless, I love you , sister.
