Dear Father in Heaven, help us all this day to endure and continue looking to you for guidance and hope. Help us to pour our hearts into prayer before you honoring your great goodness. Help us to know that this evil upon us is not of you, but of Satan. Help us to trust that You have some purpose is all of this that we cannot see, whether it be in this life or the next. Please give the Schindler's physical, emotional and spiritual strength to endure this day of hell. Surround them with people who have compassion and can give them comfort in some small, but life-sustaining way. And again, Lord, I plead with you to fill Terri with your Spirit - miraculously help her not to feel the pain of this. Oh dear Lord, my heart grieves so when I think of how Terri's mother had to leave the room upon seeing Terri recently - what greater grief could a mother have!! Oh dear God, help this family speedily. Grab Jeb's heart and don't let it go, Lord!!!!! In Christ's name, Amen.
No, not at all. I keep referring to the death of Jesus and how none of those who participated in the crucification realized what they had done until afterward. I think we'll see the same thing here.
