No he did do that on one of the early filings, I read them and that was a mistake to do...unfortunately, but hey, believe me, lawyers are human like anyone else and make mistakes...but the filings to the SCOTUS and some others were way better, like night and day...so there is just a reluctancy for the court to step in, and I think they are mad at congress for getting involved.
